tablespoons of butter. Spread butter over fillets and sprinkle Lawrys Seasoning
Salt. Reverse fillets and add butter and seasoning salt to other side. Place fish

Heres one that isn't about fish!!!
6-7 pound chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn
Place in baking pan in oven
Listen for popping sounds;
when chicken's bottom blows out the oven door and flies across the room, chicken
is done.

Fillet and clean fish rinse and put on a plate of Beer Batter.
I like Golden Dip Beer Batter.
Mix batter to directions, Heat Oil to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in Batter and put
in oil. Turn fillets over when edges get brown.
When fillets are golden brown the fillets are done.
Great with Tar Tar, Seafood Sauce, or just plain.
